"Yes they can do without us for no doubt. But the level of scientific aptitude, innovation and most importantly all there with sincerity and integrity; none has all these together. Its not like we work for them because of only money, but we take the atmosphere we are working and their concerns as ours. They will feel the vacuum to be created and will repent to fill the gap invariably."
