ibnlive.com What future do you see for Kashmir 10 years from now? (Sep 10)

ibnlive.in.com
Ordinary Kashmiris as well as separatist leaders have been sending their children out of the Valley for a better education.

"Due to lack of political determination and incompetance, the people of J K are suffering. They are facing the plight of Pseudo democracy for last 60 years. The GOI has done a little just to prevent it from being Talibanised, but failed to make peace and development. Today young people, who have nothing to do with all this Independence and separatism, are finding better prospects outside the state and who can not make it, they are the easy pray for the extremists and anti-Indians. The GOI and the people of J K have to solve this problem together NOW to save if not theirs but their children's future. If the larger mass believe that they can be really Independent and can do well out of Indian sovereignity, they should be allowed without any delay. We have paid a lot to protect one of our body parts, but it should not be compromised with the whole body and soul; humanity and development. What do you people say?"

Suhasini Haidar Bade bade akhbaaron mein chhote chhote mention kabhi kabhi (Sep 10)

Women in corporate India are squeezing into business suits. But what may connote tradition to a Westerner could telegraph a higher status to an Asian or African woman.

"True, but if you have power and you are embracing the Indian traditions with pride, that will bring you the actual love and respect. Emulating western dress code alone will not be enough to show that the women are empowered now. Why can not someone be like Ms Chanda Kochar. Do you think she is not powerful in corporate life?"

"Why media always gives importance to news like this. Instead of making this a prime time head line, why can not ask the local police to take action. For people like this bloody pastor, it may be a fun but he is least worried of what It could have done."

"It was to happen someday. Till today, they thought these meagre things would not affect their economy. But now when they found themselves wrong, out of their fear and confusion they did it. But, untill we offer the best technology at cheaper price, they will take our services directly or indirectly. We need to improve and enhance our skills, and rest will be driven by the market forces not by some people."

Lets Change India
Lets Change India Do you think there should be ban on bans {BANDH}. (Sep 7)

ibnlive.com Any impact where you live and work? (Sep 7)

ibnlive.in.com
The trade unions are demanding a control on price rise, streamlining of the rationing system and proper implementation of Labour laws.
"Frequent strikes in north on the name of protecting people's rights and a few that too only protest not strike in the south is creating much difference in the socio-economics of India. All kind of strikes should be banned, its the over use of our democratic rights, many times its simply politics."

ibnlive.com
"Yes they can do without us for no doubt. But the level of scientific aptitude, innovation and most importantly all there with sincerity and integrity; none has all these together. Its not like we work for them because of only money, but we take the atmosphere we are working and their concerns as ours. They will feel the vacuum to be created and will repent to fill the gap invariably."

ibnlive.com How do you think this will affect the Indian economy? (Aug 30)

"It will affect India's IT business considerably. But as we are expanding our wings in other developed countries with a special emphasis on developing countries, the situation will not harm much India on long run.
